There are dozens of rural houses in the Antequera area, but also at the foot of the Torcal de Antequera.
We have a preference for the Vega de Antequera rural house. An old farmhouse, a swimming pool, in the middle of the countryside, and María (the manager) couldn't be more charming!

Hotels
Antequera has hotels of all categories and therefore for all budgets.
The Hotel Convento la Magdalena gets top marks, with no less than 5 stars! Not because it is a luxury hotel, but because the building was a convent in the 16th century and is located in a place of great beauty. It also has a spa, an outstanding restaurant, and a golf course.
Also noteworthy is the Parador de Antequera, one of the few located in a modern building. Its ideal location very close to the town center will allow you to visit Antequera in comfort. Its outdoor pool and views of the Peña de los Enamorados are definite pluses.
The Finca Eslava 4* is also a good option for a getaway to the center of Andalusia. Although it is located on the outskirts of Antequera, it is a high-quality hotel offering good cuisine and from which it is very easy to travel to cities such as Córdoba, Málaga, Granada, etc.
The same is true of the Hotel Lozano 3* and the Hotel los Dólmenes 3*.
In the center of Antequera, we would highlight the 3-star Hotel Infante or the 3-star Hotel Coso Viejo. The former is new and has a small swimming pool, and the latter has a beautiful columned courtyard!
